Job Description:
The Role
Working for the CX Team Lead, you will work with teams across the business, gaining a well-rounded understanding of how we operate and making a real difference to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line software support to clients in line with defined CX processes and procedures.
- Work through retail customer queries and challenges through to resolution, in line with customer SLA agreements.
- Use AI tools to assist in the creation of training materials, process documentation, and internal guides that support the wider CX team.
- Engage with customers through operations meetings, video calls, phone, and email — including training and ongoing support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to deliver added-value service to retail customers.
- Support the second-line support and DBA teams with various activities as required.
- Contribute to CX KPI reporting and help manage team performance metrics.
- Achieve quarterly scorecard targets.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to improve response times, enhance customer self-service, and support ticket resolution.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of AI-assisted knowledge bases, FAQs, and support documentation to reduce repeat queries.
- Use AI-driven insights and data analysis to identify trends in customer issues, proactively flagging recurring problems to the wider team.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of new AI tools that improve CX workflows and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to provide feedback on how AI features within CORE's software are landing with customers.
