We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Bathroom Renovation Assistant to join our busy renovation team. This role involves assisting with all aspects of bathroom refurbishment projects, helping to ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and in a safe manner.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced tradespeople, including bathroom fitters, plumbers, tilers, and general contractors, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the renovation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the removal and disposal of existing bathroom fixtures, fittings, tiles, and materials.
- Prepare work areas for renovation projects, including protecting floors and surrounding areas.
- Support tradespeople with installation of bathrooms, showers, baths, toilets, sinks, and associated fittings.
- Assist with measuring, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
- Help with basic plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and finishing tasks under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and deliveries.
- Ensure all waste is disposed of appropriately and work sites are left tidy at the end of each day.
- Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service when working in clients’ homes.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, plumbing, tiling, or a related trade.
- Safe Pass certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Manual Handling certification.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
