About the Opportunity
A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced
CSA Project Manager to join its Dublin-based project delivery team, initially supporting the successful delivery of a large
Hyperscale Data Centre.
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex
Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with the Project Director, Construction Managers, Commercial Team, Engineering Teams, Design Consultants, Subcontractors, and Client Representatives, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this flagship mission-critical project.
The Role - CSA Project Manager
As CSA Project Manager, you will take full ownership of the delivery of CSA packages, providing leadership to multidisciplinary project teams while driving programme certainty, quality, commercial performance, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities of the CSA Project Manager
- Lead the delivery of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, managing project planning, programme delivery, construction activities, subcontractor performance, quality assurance, health & safety, commercial awareness, and client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate closely with Mechanical, Electrical, BIM, Commercial, Design, Procurement, and Commissioning teams, ensuring effective interface management, design coordination, construction sequencing, technical issue resolution, programme alignment, and successful integration of all project disciplines.
- Monitor project performance against programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives, proactively managing project risks, resource planning, procurement activities, contractual compliance, change management, and stakeholder communication while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, providing regular progress reporting to senior management and ensuring the successful delivery of complex Hyperscale Data Centre projects.
Necessary Requirements of the CSA Project Manager
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline, with 7+ years' experience as a CSA Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Contracts Manager within Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Semiconductor, Commercial, or Mission-Critical Construction environments.
- Proven experience managing Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages on large-scale construction projects, with responsibility for programme delivery, subcontractor management, project planning, quality management, commercial awareness, contract administration, procurement, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
- Strong understanding of CSA Construction, Project Management, Building Regulations, Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Construction Planning, BIM Coordination, Commercial Management, and Commissioning Processes, with experience working on technically complex projects in fast-paced construction environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 (desirable), BIM 360, Procore, or similar project management platforms.
