Road Control Services Ltd is expanding and we are currently recruiting Traffic Management Operatives (TMOs) to join our growing team.
We welcome applications from experienced operatives as well as individuals looking to start a career in the Traffic Management industry, with full training provided for the right candidates.
Experienced TMOs and SLG ticket holders currently working in the industry who may be considering a new opportunity are particularly encouraged to apply. All applications will be treated in strict confidence.
Working with Road Control Services means becoming part of a professional team delivering high-quality temporary traffic management solutions across major infrastructure, utilities and road maintenance projects throughout Ireland.
What You Will Be Doing
- Installation and removal of temporary traffic management systems
- Setting out cones, signage, barriers and lane closures
- Assisting with road closures, stop/go systems and diversions
- Ensuring the safe movement of traffic and protection of site personnel
- Working as part of a professional traffic management crew
- Driving company vehicles and transporting equipment when required
Requirements
Experienced Operatives
- Previous Traffic Management experience
- SLG / TTM qualification advantageous
- Experience working on high-speed or low-speed roads desirable
- Full driving licence required
Trainee Operatives
- No previous experience required
- Full training and certification provided
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling required
- Full driving licence preferred
- Reliable, motivated and comfortable working outdoors
