Job Description:
Inishowen Children’s Autism Related Education Limited (iCARE) is a community-based organisation delivering person-centred, community-based services focused on the inclusion, education, support, and advocacy of autistic children, young people, and adults in Inishowen, County Donegal.
Due to recent expansion of service we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Accounts & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
· Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices and receipts.
· Assist in Processing of monthly payroll.
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Assist in Monthly payment run.
· Assist in Funding Applications and provide general administrative support.
Skills and Qualifications
· Proficiency with Bright Books accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good organisational and time-management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Reliable and trustworthy with confidential information.
· Team player with a good work ethic.
