The Chester Beatty Inn is a family run premises where we have 12 quality bedrooms , Bar, Lounge & restaurant with approx. 150 covers. We are very much part of the local community & a lot of our customers are local or returning visitors. We serve food between 8am & 9pm & our menu is varied & caters for everyone. Our food is wholesome & our aim is to provide excellent quality at a fair price. We do not at this stage have a function room so rarely have late nights.
Requirements :
We are looking to recruit a Senior Waitress / Waiter capable of working on your own iniative to ensure that all our customers needs are met from greeting through to departure. the ideal candidate must have excellent references & at least 5 years experience in a similar environment.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting & greeting customers & make them feel welcome
- setting up & preparing tables for next customers
- taking orders & dealing with any queries
- working closely with Kitchen & bar staff
- periodically checking back on customers
- Delivering bills & getting paid
- manage your section to ensure excellent customer service

This role is not suited to Students with limited hours
