Eager Einsteins Montessori is a small, supportive and well-established preschool seeking a caring and reliable Early Years Educator to join our team.
This role involves providing AIM (Access & Inclusion Model) support within a calm, structured morning class, working closely with a child with additional needs while also supporting the wider classroom.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a warm, team-focused environment and is looking for consistent morning hours.
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:45am – 2:15pm
- Total: 22.5 hours per week

- Fixed-term (AIM-linked), with potential to continue into the next academic year
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education
- Kind, patient and confident supporting children with additional needs
- Reliable and consistent
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Comfortable in an active preschool environment
AIM experience is desirable but not essential. Full support and guidance will be provided.
