At Greenfield Global, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a passionate and influential Senior Manager, Culture & Engagement to help build an exceptional employee experience while driving a high-performing, values-led culture across our Portlaoise site.
This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll partner directly with business leaders to shape culture, strengthen leadership capability, elevate employee engagement, and support the continued growth and success of our organization.
You'll have the opportunity to influence how employees experience work every day, from leadership development and engagement initiatives to workforce planning, talent development, and change management. Your work will directly impact employee retention, organizational effectiveness, and the overall health of our workplace culture.

What You'll Do
Lead Culture & Engagement
You'll champion initiatives that strengthen employee connection, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the site.
- Partner with site leadership to foster a highly engaged, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Use employee feedback, data, and insights to identify opportunities and implement meaningful improvements.
- Lead employee engagement surveys and translate results into measurable actions that drive positive outcomes.
- Develop and launch programs that enhance the employee experience and reinforce Greenfield Global's values.
- Drive change management initiatives that support business transformation and workforce readiness.
Enable Great Leadership
You'll play a critical role in developing leaders who inspire performance, accountability, and engagement.
- Coach and support leaders in navigating employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
- Strengthen leadership capability through practical tools, development frameworks, and ongoing partnership.
- Help leaders create environments where employees can thrive, contribute, and grow.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business excellence.
Drive Workforce & Talent Effectiveness
You'll partner with leaders to ensure the organization has the talent, capabilities, and succession plans needed for long-term success.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives.
- Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience that accelerates integration and productivity.
- Guide performance management processes that encourage growth, development, and accountability.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted development strategies.
Partner on Employee Relations & Compliance
You'll provide trusted expertise and guidance to leaders while helping maintain a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace.
- Lead and support complex employee relations matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Ensure people practices align with employment legislation and company standards.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support benefits administration and employee well-being programs.
- Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all employees.

What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including culture, engagement, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Experience partnering with leaders in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.
- Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven success driving culture transformation, engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Deep understanding of employee relations, employment legislation, and people practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into action.
- A collaborative, people-first approach combined with sound business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
