The 4 star Greenhills, Conference & Leisure Hotel are looking to recruit a motivated Senior Sous Chef for the coming season in a full time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Day to Day Operational Kitchen Management:
Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and develop innovative menus for all occassions.
Oversee kitchen operations, including weekly menu preparation, food ordering, and stock taking.
Ensure the kitchen is organized, well-resourced, and capable of delivering a high-quality daily menus.
Maintain the highest food standards and drive innovation within the kitchen team.
To work as part of the kitchen team to prepare food and ensure dishes are of the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in working various kitchen stations and an understanding of different cooking methods and techniques.
- Knowledge of best practices for cleanliness and food safety including HACCP.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and ability to contribute to menu development.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.

A strong grasp of the English language is a must and please have all permissions to work in Ireland before applying.
