Cronin's is one of Cork's most iconic pubs, situated in the beautiful coastal village of Crosshaven. With a loyal local following and a busy seasonal trade, our kitchen at Cronin's and sister venue 2pointroad is a fast-paced, high-quality environment where great food and good craic go hand in hand.
We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our crew — someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example on the pass, and is ready to grow into a senior kitchen role.
What you'll be doing:
- Running sections and supporting the Head Chef & Sous Chef during busy services
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistent, high standard
- Cooking with fire, fresh and seasonal ingridents
- Setting up and breaking down your section efficiently
- Mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Upholding our HACCP and food safety standards
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar kitchen role
- Strong section work and the ability to work clean under pressure
- A team player who communicates well and takes ownership
- Full work authorisation in Ireland

- €15–€18 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time hours (38-42)
