The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor (QFA qualified only) to join a high-performing advisory team in Dublin.
This is a senior client-facing position focused on delivering end-to-end mortgage advice within a fast-paced brokerage environment with strong inbound demand and structured lead flow.
The successful candidate will manage a high-quality pipeline of clients, advising across purchases, switches, re-mortgages, and more complex lending scenarios.
This role is suited to a commercially driven advisor who thrives in a target-led environment and is motivated by strong earning potential (six-figure OTE achievable).
Key Responsibilities

Provide full mortgage advisory services from initial consultation through to drawdown

Manage a busy pipeline of mortgage applications across multiple lenders

Structure tailored mortgage solutions for first-time buyers, movers, investors, and switchers

Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and internal support teams to progress applications efficiently

Maintain full compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and internal standards

Deliver an excellent client experience with strong conversion performance

Work towards and exceed individual and team performance targets

Stay up to date with lender criteria, market trends, and product developments
Candidate Requirements

Fully QFA qualified (essential)

Minimum 2-4+ years' experience in mortgage advisory

Prior experience within a mortgage brokerage strongly preferred

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage products and lending criteria

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
