Job Description:
As a Maintenance Man, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the hotel's physical infrastructure and equipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and exterior areas.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking and responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring minimal disruption to guests' comfort and safety.
Handle painting projects to maintain the hotel's appearance.
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Proficiency in using tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
