Linders are looking for someone with energy, experience and hunger to join a fast moving and very busy aftersales department in a busy main dealer of Opel, Citroen, MG, and Ireland's busiest Van Centre.

Key responsibilities:
1. Warranty Claim Processing: · Processing and monitoring claims across our franchises.· Processing recalls and goodwill requests.
2. Warranty Policy Compliance: Ensure that warranty claims comply with the manufacturer's warranty policies and guidelines.
3. Communication: Work with technicians, service and parts advisors, and other stakeholders to gather and manage relevant information for successful claim submission. Communicate any updates or revisions to the business and ensure adherence to the revised policies.
4. Record-keeping: Maintain detailed records of warranty claims ensuring all relevant documentation is properly filed and organized for reference and audit purposes.
5. Reconciliation & Reporting : Review claim progress regularly. Monitor payments. Provide report for the Service manager
Experience:
Attitude is the key, along with energy, customer focus, and fluent English
Experience on a service desk is essential ideally with warranty admin. Minimum of 1 year - please do not apply if you don't have experience.
Experience of ADP/Keyloop would be a benefit.
PART-TIME may be an option for the right candidate (note salary would be pro-rata)
Pay: €36,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
