Join us as a Senior Corporate Operations Analyst at Barclays where you will be part of the team that sits within the First Line of Defence. As part of the team, you will complete a range of day-to-day operational processing activities that support the Corporate Banking client base across Europe. The team also has service management oversight responsibilities for centralised operational processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, effective risk management and continuous process improvement.
To be successful as a Senior Corporate Operations Analyst, you must have the following:
Ability to analyse operational processes and complete tasks accurately and promptly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of operational risk, control environments, and the ability to identify process enhancements.
Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, enabling successful collaboration and delivery of business objectives.
Data analytics and reporting experience, including gathering, analysing and interpreting data to support business decisions.
Strong spreadsheet skills, including downloading, organising, maintaining and accurately inputting data into Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

This role is based out of Dublin.
Entry Salary: €45,000
Upper Salary: €52,000
The entry and upper salary information above includes only annual full-time equivalent base salary and represents the typical range of pay for the role. The actual pay rate will reflect the responsibility level of the role and experience level of the individual. The entry and upper salary information does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
