We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Guest House Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role combining reception and housekeeping duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in and check-out.
- Managing bookings, answering telephone calls, emails, and guest enquiries.
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms and communal areas to a high standard.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate records where required.
- Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring the guest house is well presented.
- Providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service to all guests.
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the guest house
Pay: €14.15-€14.50 per hour
