The Odeon Group require a Head Chef for Dakota Dublin 2 . Dakota is a landmark bar in Dublin and has an exciting opportunity for a Head/Sous chef to join the group. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef or sous that wants to step up to the pass. The bar has a great steady lunch and busy evening trade that is varied with a gastro style menu. There is an experienced team in place of over 2 years who will make onboarding very smooth for the right candidate. The bar is open 7 days and kitchen closes 8/ 830pm most nights.

Head Chef Job Requirements:
- This role requires an Energetic person with flair for modern Irish Cuisine
- Strong command of the English language
- Full HACCP knowledge is a necessity
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Irish Kitchen is desired
- Candidate must be eligible to work full time in Ireland
- This is a hands on role; therefore experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Head Chef Job Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the kitchen daily operations
- Delivery of high standard of food for our customers
- Leading and managing your team
- Managing food costing and Stock control
- Maintaining high standard for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Ensuring an implementation of full compliance of health, food and safety regulations
- Maintaining HACCP records
- Staff scheduling while meeting budget targets
- Staff Training
- Developing and planning menus with senior management team
