We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Part-time Receptionist to join our team at An Teaghlach Uilinn Nursing Home. We would love to hear from you if you meet the following requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greeting visitors and residents and directing them accordingly
- Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
