- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of leadership and management development programs tailored to target audiences.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and determine leadership competencies required to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs, adjusting content and delivery methods based on feedback and evolving business needs.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Partner with across the company to identify target audiences for program participation.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track program success, reporting outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Stay current on trends and best practices in leadership and management development, bringing innovative ideas to the organization.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to support ongoing leadership and management development across the organization.
