Brand Manager – Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing
Location: Citywest, Dublin (Hybrid Working – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Salary: Up to €60,000 per annum plus company benefits
We are looking for a passionate, energetic Brand Manager to join our Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow some of Ireland's most iconic and best-selling beauty, wellbeing, and personal care brands.
As Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns, launching innovation, and driving brand growth across multiple consumer touchpoints. You will help create unmissable brand experiences through ATL, digital, PR, influencer, shopper, and in-store activation channels while ensuring the consumer remains at the heart of every decision.
We are seeking a digitally minded marketer with a passion for brands, consumer behaviour, and creating campaigns that build fame, engagement, and commercial success.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you will:

Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing strategies

Lead the digital execution of campaigns from concept to launch, including content creation, testing, influencer partnerships, and agency management

Ensure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all consumer touchpoints, both online and in-store

Collaborate with customer account teams, shopper marketing, and category teams to bring brand plans to life

Support innovation projects, including consumer research, market analysis, competitor reviews, business cases, and launch plans

Monitor and report on brand and new product performance, identifying opportunities for growth

Manage day-to-day budget responsibilities, including purchase orders, forecasting, and monthly budget reviews

Support the development of annual brand strategies and long-term growth plans

Present brand plans and campaign performance updates to both internal and external stakeholders

Stay informed on market trends, consumer insights, and category developments to identify opportunities and drive competitive advantage

Confident presenting ideas and influencing a broad range of stakeholders
Skills & Experience
-
2–3 years' experience in a marketing or brand management role, ideally within FMCG, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Personal Care, Beauty, or Wellbeing categories

Proven track record of delivering results through brand growth, market share growth, or successful campaign execution

Experience managing marketing projects, campaigns, and budgets

Third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred

Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and category performance metrics

Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams

IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with Nielsen, Kantar, or similar market data tools would be advantageous
