Crossmore Tyre Recycling, based in Kildorrery, Co Cork, are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our office on a permanent part-time basis. The successful candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks and provide general office support.
Key responsibilities:
General office administration and clerical duties. Answering phone calls/responding to emails. Data entry and maintaining accurate records and files. Supporting management and staff with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
We require strong organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Sage Accounts is an advantage but not necessary. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Professional, reliable and detail-orientated approach.
