What you can expect:
As a Supervisor in our HUGO BOSS store, you will serve as an inspiring role model by overseeing team members on the sales floor, driving KPIs, and relentlessly striving to provide exceptional customer service.
- Supervise, assist, and motivate team members on the sales floor to meet individual and store performance targets and KPIs.
- Aid the management team in executing action plans to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
- Coach, develop, and train team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills continuously.
- Foster and maintain a customer-centric approach to cultivate a loyal customer base.
- Promote the use of all available tools, ensuring that procedures are followed and policies are adhered to.
- Stay informed about competitors and local market trends, sharing relevant insights with your Area Manager and retail team.
Your profile:
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
- Passionate in leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- Experience in networking & building relationships
