Experienced Chef with good people skills.
Previous HACCP Training and understanding of the principles and practices essential
Manual Handing Certs preferable (not essential - training provided)
Good time management and the ability to prioritise work appropriately.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Flexibility in working hours. 6 days per month for holiday and relief cover.
Ability to maintain the principles of confidentiallity in all areas of work.
Pay: €18.02-€19.00 per hour
