Personal Lines Insurance New Business Sales Executive

Campion Insurance is one of Ireland’s leading insurance brokers, offering expert advice and tailored solutions across commercial, personal, and financial insurance. Due to on going growth,we are seeking to recruit a new business sales person for our personal lines team in our Cork office. The role will consist of providing advice on car, home & van insurance new business sales, customer service and administration. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Issuing motor, home and van insurance quotes on both an inbound and outbound basis

Dealing with customer queries

Cross selling Insurance Products

Meeting and exceeding monthly targets for both quotations issued and sales closed

Qualifications

CIP, APA Personal General or grandfathered qualification

Skills/Knowledge

Expert product Knowledge

Profound knowledge of competitor activity

RELAY system an advantage

Persuasion and influencing skills. Selling skills, negotiating skills

Customer retention skills

Experience Required

2+ years insurance experience preferably in a brokerage

Have a clear focus on sales & wish to build their career in this area

Be committed to provide a high level of service to customers & potential customers
