Service Advisor
Lyndon Reilly Motors are currently seeking an experienced service advisor to join our team in Castlebar.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where you will be the main point of contact for customers and staff.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service from booking to return of vehicle
- Organise workshop bookings and liaise with workshop manager
- Keep contact with customers throughout the day and advise of any further work to be carried out
- Invoice work and collect payment
- Organise parts
- Schedule and load the workshop to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Full, clean driving licence
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a motor service advisor is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have a full clean driving license
