About the Role
Here at Fine Living Timber Frames Ltd we are looking for a number of reliable, hardworking General Operatives to join our growing manufacturing team producing high‑quality timber frame houses. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced factory environment where you’ll support the production process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of timber frame components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and factory machinery (training provided)
- Measure, cut, and prepare timber materials to specification
- Follow production drawings and instructions accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Load, unload, and move materials as required
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures and quality standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or manufacturing is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious

Salary is Negotiable
Pay: From €14.15 per hour
