Title: Kitchen Porter
Reports to: Area Manager
Location: Dublin 5
Rate: €15.92 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week (less one-hour unpaid break), Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas.

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Clean floors, tables, chairs, and self-service areas.

Monitor food levels in vending machines and replenish items as required.

Refill milk dispensers, cutlery stations, and other customer service points.

Empty bins regularly and ensure the proper disposal of waste.

Support the chef and interact professionally with customers.

Resolve day-to-day issues efficiently and professionally.

Work independently while adhering to all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Safety guidelines.

Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements

Previous kitchen porter, catering, or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

HACCP certification is advantageous but not required; full training will be provided.

Competency in the English language, including speaking, understanding, and reading instructions.

Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
