HR Manager – Domiciliary Care
TKY Healthcare is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee relations and HR compliance within our growing domiciliary care service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
- Complete reference and right-to-work checks.
- Monitor induction, probation and mandatory training.
- Manage attendance, leave, grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and healthcare standards.
- Support staff retention, wellbeing and performance management.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain audit-ready records.
Requirements
- Relevant HR or Business qualification.
- Previous HR experience, preferably in healthcare or social care.
- Knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Strong communication, organisation and confidentiality skills.
- CIPD membership or qualification is desirable.
