Haven Connect is recruiting a 4D BIM Coordinator on behalf of one of Europe's leading data centre delivery specialists. This is an opportunity to join a growing BIM and digital construction team supporting major data centre projects across Ireland and Europe.
Working from the Dublin headquarters, you will be responsible for developing and managing 4D planning models, integrating programme information with BIM data, and supporting project teams through visual planning and construction sequencing.
About the Role
The successful candidate will act as the subject matter expert for 4D planning across multiple projects, creating and managing construction sequence models that support project delivery, tender submissions, and stakeholder engagement.
You will work closely with planners, BIM teams, design teams, and project delivery teams to develop accurate and effective 4D visualisations using SYNCHRO 4D Pro.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate 3D BIM information from multiple project sources into 4D planning models.
- Create and manage construction sequencing models using SYNCHRO 4D Pro.
- Develop temporary works and groundwork modelling additions.
- Link model geometry to project programmes and schedules.
- Work closely with project planners to ensure programme alignment.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for 4D planning and digital construction sequencing.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to project teams.
- Present 4D planning outputs to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Produce 4D visualisations and videos for tender submissions and project delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of BIM and digital construction processes.
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, BIM, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years' experience within the construction industry.
- Minimum 3 years' experience using SYNCHRO 4D Pro.
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows and 3D model integration.
- Experience linking construction programmes to BIM models.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Full right to work in Ireland.
Desirable
- Data centre project experience.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of planning software and construction sequencing methodologies.
- Experience producing client-facing visual presentations and animations.

Pay: €65,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
