The Fabrication & Assembly department is responsible for the off-site manufacturing of bespoke mechanical and electrical systems, including prefabricated plant rooms, skids, and modular assemblies. Operating from our dedicated assembly facility, the team ensures high-quality workmanship, precision, and compliance with project specifications. By delivering preassembled solutions, the department helps reduce installation time, improve safety on-site, and maintain consistent quality — all while supporting efficient project delivery and innovation in modular construction.

Responsible to | Site Supervisor(s)
The role involves assembling metal framework components and large piping systems, carrying out general operational duties such as cutting, wrapping and packaging, and completing quality de-snagging and paint touch-ups where required. The position also provides support to mechanical pipe fitters and leads, assists with material coordination and preparation, and undertakes general shopfloor support activities as needed.
