Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans
- Conduct procurement and subcontractor package management
- Prepare tender documentation and analyse subcontractor returns
- Administer subcontract agreements and valuations
- Manage variations, claims, and change control procedures
- Prepare interim valuations and payment applications
- Monitor project costs and cash flow forecasts
- Produce monthly commercial reports for senior management
- Negotiate final accounts with subcontractors and clients
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions and commercial procedures
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients
- Support risk management and value engineering initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Irish residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Irish building contracts and procurement methods
- Experience working with main contractors or developers
- Proven track record delivering apartment or housing developments
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Strong reporting and cost management abilities
- Proficient in Excel and commercial management software
Pay: €45,440.85-€94,170.75 per year
