We are a leading personalised gifts and photo engraving business specialising in unique keepsakes, custom gifts, photo crystals, keychains, awards, and personalised products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused team members to join our growing team at our Liffey Valley location.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with personalised gift selections and product enquiries.
* Operate retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and process sales transactions.
* Prepare and personalise customer orders using in-store systems and equipment.
* Assist with basic photo editing and design work using templates and software provided.
* Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised and welcoming.
* Support stock management and inventory control.
* Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Friendly, positive and professional attitude.
* Comfortable using computers and basic software applications.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Previous retail, customer service, photography, printing, design, or gift shop experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with Photoshop, Canva, graphic design or photo editing.
* Retail sales experience.
* Cash handling and POS experience.
* Interest in photography, printing or personalised products.
