Welcome Advisor - Tullamore
Location: Your primary location is the Tullamore branch, with occasional travel required to Birr.
Contract: 4 months (July - October inclusive)
Salary: €16.48 per hour (equates to €30,000 annually)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, Onsite
We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who wants to kick-start or advance their career in banking.
As a Welcome Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service (including cashier duties where required)

Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking 365

Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experience

Update and maintain customer information on internal systems

Handle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessary
