QRE Real Estate Advisers is currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our expanding Dublin team.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality operational and client support. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Valuations and Investments teams, ensuring the efficient coordination of daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Valuations and Investments teams
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, and schedules
- Prepare, format, and manage documents, reports, and presentations
- Support client communications and internal team coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Assist with general office administration as required
About You
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
- Prior administrative experience in property, finance, or professional services is desirable
Role Details

- Salary: €30,000 per annum
- Work Arrangement: Office-based (4 days per week)
