Ohk Energy is seeking a reliable and motivated Ventilation Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out servicing and maintenance on residential ventilation systems, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer instructions and in accordance with Ohk Energy’s procedures.This is a field-based role involving travel to pre-booked customer properties. Engineers will use a mobile work app to manage appointments, record service information, capture photos, and report any faults or repairs required.

Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain residential ventilation systems including:
- MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) systems
- PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) systems
- Extract-only ventilation systems
- Carry out servicing in line with manufacturer instructions and Ohk Energy procedures.
- Travel to pre-scheduled customer properties as assigned via the engineer work app.
- Complete service reports digitally via mobile device, including:
- Recording service details
- Capturing photographs
- Logging system performance and condition
- Identify and report faults, defects, or required repairs to ventilation systems.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle where applicable.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working with ventilation systems or HVAC systems preferred.
- Knowledge of MVHR, PIV, or mechanical extract systems is advantageous.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and service procedures.
- Comfortable using mobile apps or digital reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Full driving licence.
- Ability to travel to customer properties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in ventilation servicing or HVAC maintenance.
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications.
- Experience working in residential properties.
Work Location
This is a field-based role. Our teams are based regionally.
