Part-Time Experienced Conveyancing Secretary
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, professional and personable candidate with strong conveyancing experience seeking flexible part-time hours in a supportive office environment.
Duties Will Include
- Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, estate agents and the Land Registry
- Preparing contracts for sale, requisitions and closing documentation
- Managing diaries, appointments and file administration
- General legal secretarial and administrative duties
Requirements
- Previous conveyancing/legal secretarial experience essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of conveyancing procedures and legal documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred
