Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Studies, or a related discipline

CORU registration

Previous experience working with children and young people in residential care settings

Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices

Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle

Excellent communication, teamwork, and report-writing skills

Eligibility to work in Ireland

Support the day-to-day care and well-being of young people in residential services

Promote positive outcomes through person-centred care and support plans

Build professional relationships with young people, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate records and reports in line with organisational policies

Ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment at all times
