Servisource are recruiting on behalf of a private nursing homes in the Roscommon area for a Clinical Nurse Manager.
You will:
- Provide excellent residential nursing care to all residents with a broad range of needs
- Work within a multi-disciplinary to ensure highest quality standards are maintained at all times
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by HIQA standards
You need:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home or similar care setting
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, proactive approach
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with HIQA standards and best practices in elderly care
