At Caretua, we partner with hospitals and nursing homes across Ireland, ensuring critical healthcare equipment is always safe, reliable, and ready when it’s needed most. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Field Service Technician to join our expanding team.
Full product training will be provided.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, field-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working directly in healthcare environments, solving problems, supporting customers, and keeping essential equipment running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Service and maintain specialist healthcare equipment used in hospitals and nursing homes
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across customer sites
- Respond to service calls with urgency and professionalism
- Work on-site in hospitals, nursing homes and care facilities
- Complete service reports accurately using our systems
- Deliver excellent customer service on every visit
- Represent Caretua with professionalism and pride
What You Bring
- Previous experience in a field service, maintenance, technical support or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
- Engineering or technical qualification (desirable but not essential)
