We are seeking a reliable and organised full-time Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and managing front desk operations
- Booking in vehicles and updating customers on progress
- Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Preparing invoices for mechanical and bodywork jobs
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Assisting with day-to-day workshop administration
Essential Requirements
- Motor trade experience preferred but not essential
- Sage experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- High attention to detail and a professional, tidy approach
- Fluent English is essential
- Knowledge of VAT returns and invoicing preferred but not essential
