The Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team. This is a performance-focused role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on targets, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience from first contact to handover.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone
- Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle
- Selling new and used Hyundai vehicles along with finance and protection products
- Managing the full sales journey from enquiry to delivery
- Proactively following up leads and generating new opportunities
- Building long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (motor trade experience an advantage but not essential)
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Full, clean driving licence
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
