We are currently recruiting for a Mobile HSEQ Manager to support our operations across Ireland, with travel to client sites as required and occasional attendance at either our Dublin or Galway office.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, procedures, and systems in line with Irish legislation and best practice.

Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety legal requirements and act as the primary EHS point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients.

Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System, including ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 9001 (Quality).

Plan, conduct, and manage internal audits and support external certification audits.

Drive continuous improvement across EHS and quality systems.

Oversee the development, review, and implementation of Safety Statements, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Environmental Aspects & Impacts Registers

Ensure risk control measures are implemented, monitored, and reviewed across all sites and projects.

Manage contractor safety arrangements, including pre-qualification, induction, monitoring, and performance review.

Prepare and manage EHS documentation for site and construction-related activities, including PSDP / PSCS duties

Provide EHS advice and support to facilities, technical, and project teams and liaise with clients to support EHS requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans.

Lead the investigation, recording, and reporting of accidents, incidents, and near misses and ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented and tracked to completion.

Develop, deliver, and manage EHS training programmes, including Health & Safety for Managers/Supervisors, Risk Assessment, Manual Handling, DSE / Office Safety, Fire Safety and Emergency Response

Assess EHS training and competency needs

Produce EHS reports for senior management and clients and maintain EHS records in accordance with legal and corporate requirements.

Participate in safety committees, forums, and management reviews.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum Level 7 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an EHS management or senior EHS advisory role

Proven experience working with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems.

Strong knowledge of Irish EHS legislation and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems effectively.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including training delivery.

Strong report writing and documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Flexibility to travel as required, therefore a full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential.

Manual Handling Instructor and Assessor certification (desirable)
