Buns Bakery is a very busy bakery and cafe and the manager will be required to oversee all front of house operations. With a second location opening this summer: the Cafe/Bakery Manager will be responsible for:
- Creating bi-weekly staff rotas for both locations
- Ensuring all standard operations procedures are followed at all times
- Managing stock levels for both locations
- Staff training and development
- Various other managerial responsibilities
Pay: €30,000.00-€37,000.00 per year
