The role: Lettings & Tenancy Management Agent

The company: KPM is a leading property management company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential services across Ireland. We are currently hiring for an experienced Lettings & Tenancy Management agent based in our office in Dublin 9.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lettings process for new and re-let properties, minimising void periods and maximising tenant and landlord satisfaction.
- Develop, review, and maintain compliance with lettings policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of the maintenance function across the property portfolio, ensuring maintenance issues are identified, prioritized and resolved efficiently.
- Monitor and manage rent arrears, engaging proactively with tenants to resolve outstanding balances, implementing arrears recovery procedures, and escalating cases where necessary in line with company policies and legislative requirements.
- Conduct and issue rent reviews on an annual basis
- Attend RTB hearings on behalf of clients, when required.
- Conduct tenancy interim and check-out inspections, and advise clients on deposit returns at end of tenancy.
Key Requirements:
- Valid PSRA licence.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in lettings and tenancy management within the residential sector.
- Strong understanding of Residential Tenancies Act, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Full clean driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
