The Darnley Lodge Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and organised individual to join our team in a varied part-time role covering Sales, Marketing, Events, and Reception support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in hospitality while gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hotel sales and marketing activities
- Manage social media content and marketing campaigns
- Maintain hotel website and online booking platforms
- Promote events, accommodation, and food & beverage offerings
- Assist with event enquiries and coordination
- Attending networking events, and promotional activities
- Provide Reception cover and support when required as part of the rotational schedule.
- Support guest reservations and accommodation enquiries
- Assist with administrative and operational duties
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events is required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in hospitality, marketing, events, or customer service (preferred)
- Social media and digital marketing experience an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Pay: €15.00 per hour
