Legal Executive
Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity | Clonmel
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Legal Executive to join a busy and well-established legal practice in Clonmel. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional seeking either full-time or part-time hours within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and probate and be confident managing files from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
- Handle probate and estate administration matters.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, financial institutions and third parties.
- Prepare legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate case files while ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Deliver a professional, efficient, and client-focused service throughout the legal process.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Legal Executive.
- Proven experience in conveyancing and probate is essential.
- Ability to manage files independently while working effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- Experience with Keyhouse is highly desirable.
