Autofactors Waterford is one of the leading motor factors in Waterford and the South East. We value customer relationships as a priority for our business. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team due to growing demand and customer base.
Role Responsibilities:
- Taking trade and retail orders over the phone
- Taking and processing orders at the counter
- Processing orders for delivery
- Building good relationships with new and existing customers
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years in a Parts Advisor role
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Good communication skills in order to work within a close team
- Knowledge of TecDoc, Partslink24 and Autopart systems a bonus but not a requirement
Salary:
Negotiable, based on your level of experience.
