Job Summary:
EJ in Ireland is looking for an Sales Executive to promote the full range of EJ products to existing customers (primarily Builders Merchants, Civil Merchants, Independent Specialist and Contractors) who will assist in determining future sales strategies and growth in line with EJ core values and global/regional initiatives. Reporting to the External Sales Manager, you will be an integral part of the team to meet the current and future sales expectations.
Responsibilities:
- To service the needs of the existing customer base.
- To develop new sales opportunities in line with company sales strategies.
- Work closely with EJ’s Research and Development and Design teams to examine new sales opportunities.
- Develop the different market segments in which EJ currently supply and work with sales management to identify new market segments.
- Work with EJ’s Business Development and Marketing team to develop tailored product specifications for customer needs.
- Utilize EJ’s IT platform, such as Sales Force, to aid in daily tasks.
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years sale rep experience in the civils industry/construction is an advantage.
- Adaptable with excellent IT skills, showcasing a proactive stance towards adopting new software tools for enhanced sales efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, both in written and oral communication, to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
- Area covering will be Connacht and Munster
Salary
- Starting : 50K per year (depending on experience)
