We’re recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Logistics & Service Coordinator to join their operations team.
This is a key coordination role sitting between logistics, warehouse, service technicians, and customers, ensuring shipments move efficiently and field teams are scheduled effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling carriers and preparing shipping documentation
- Managing order fulfilment and inventory flow in collaboration with warehouse and procurement
- Scheduling and dispatching service technicians for commissioning and servicing projects
- Acting as the primary contact for carriers, vendors, and customers on logistics and service matters
- Maintaining accurate documentation including bills of lading, PODs, manifests and service logs
- Monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, service response time and delivery accuracy
- Supporting process improvement initiatives
- Coordinating cross-functional communication with sales, procurement, warehouse, and finance
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics coordination, service coordination, or supply chain operations
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation ability
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
