Business Development Sales Manager
The Role
As Business Development Sales Manager, this is a proactive sales role and will play a central role in driving revenue growth through the development and management of key accounts for both rooms and events revenue. This team member will lead and inspire a high-performing sales approach, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities across segments. A strong involvement in hotel site visits, familiarisation trips and overall sales activity in bringing new and returning clients to the Hotel. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape and execute sales strategies that enhance brand presence, maximize commercial performance, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Pay: €48,000.00-€52,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Senior Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Business Development : 2 years (preferred)
