As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Coordinator to join our team, initially based on a healthcare project in South Dublin. This role will provide essential support to the project delivery team, assisting with document control, quality processes, commissioning administration, and day-to-day site coordination activities.

Main Responsibilities
You will support the successful delivery of complex engineering projects and play a key role in project administration, document management, and site coordination activities. Responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project requirements.

Assisting with the preparation and submission of project documentation, including RFIs, technical submissions, QA records, commissioning documentation, and handover packages.

Supporting the project team with document tracking, revision control, and distribution of information to relevant stakeholders.

Coordinating document uploads and management across project file-sharing platforms and client systems.

Assisting with the compilation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and project close-out documentation.

Supporting commissioning activities through document tracking, certification management, and coordination of subcontractor submissions.

Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of project documentation requirements.

Assisting with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes and maintaining associated records.

Supporting procurement and commercial teams with document administration and information management.

Attending site meetings, carrying out site inspections, and assisting with general project coordination activities.

Ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with company procedures and ISO standards (9001, 14001, and 45001).
Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in document control, project administration, construction support, or a similar role is desirable but not essential.

A qualification in Construction Management, Building Services, Engineering Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline would be advantageous.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience with document management systems (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SharePoint, Asite, etc.) would be beneficial.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
